Notice your rules around rest
Listen for the sentence “I can stop when…” What usually follows it? A finished inbox, a spotless kitchen, a productive day? Simply noticing that rule gives you room to question it.
Choose a pause that belongs to you
A pause might mean sitting quietly, looking outside, or spending a few minutes away from your phone. It does not need to look impressive or turn into another thing to track.
Leave room for real life
Some days offer less space than others. A small pause still counts. If slowing down feels difficult, start with something ordinary and comfortable, without forcing a particular feeling.
